The National Council of La Raza (NCLR) is holding its annual conference at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, MO, July 11-14. El Centro is a proud affiliate of NCLR and we look forward to participating in the largest yearly gathering of influential leaders and news makers in the Latino community.
