El Centro is one of 12 organizations who received $20,000 worth of leadership training and consulting from the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC). We are working to include leadership concepts and principles within our Promotoras Program and in turn to the communities we serve.
KLC has provided consultation, coaching and a series of training sessions at no charge and we are grateful for the opportunity to receive this quality leadership training for our staff.
