Programs include Individual Development Accounts, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) application, and Volunteer Individual Tax Assistance Sites (VITA) during tax season for qualified individuals.

A one-stop shop for homeownership. Learn all you need to know about the home-buying process through classes offered in Spanish and English. Meet one-on-one with a counselor to review your credit, find a loan that’s right for you and close on the home of your dreams.

Home Maintenance Lab

After you buy your home, learn maintenance and repair skills through hands-on classes at El Centro, Inc maintenance lab in the Administration and HomeOwnership Center location. Classes are every two weeks on Wednesday nights 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
We also offer rehabbed houses at affordable prices.
